Licensed since 1985 by the California Department of Real Estate I will bring considerable knowledge and experience to your real estate transaction whether you are buying a home or selling your current home. In addition to my experience as a Realtor I also have 10+ years experience as a Mortgage Loan Broker and as a Mortgage Banker so I am very familiar with the whole real estate transaction process from start to finish. I also believe I have a fiduciary responsibility to you as my client and will always put your needs and interests as my top priority.  A typical real estate transaction can be an ever changing, evolving, and fluid process with new developments as it progresses and direct communication between myself and you as my client is essential.
